Garlicky Pizza Scrolls
Like mini pizza's but without the dairy or gluten, these super delicious savoury scrolls are made with Halo & Swoon's Scone Dough mix.
These savoury scrolls are the perfect savoury snack when you want something full of flavour, and deliciously wholesome at the same time.
Nutritional yeast gives these gluten-free scrolls an amazing cheesy flavour without the dairy. But if you like your pizza scrolls extra cheesy, be sure to add a handful of your favourite grated cheese into the mix too.
Serve these garlicky pizza scrolls warm as a tasty snack, brunch or lunch!
Garlicky Pizza Scrolls

1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
pinch cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 cup cheese (optional)
225g plant milk, at room temperature
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
Filling:
70g tomato paste
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 handful chives, finely chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
Preheat oven to 200°C fan bake and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Combine Scone Dough mix, paprika, salt, cayenne, yeast and cheese (if using).
Add milk and oil, and mix to a dough.
Place dough on a sheet of baking paper or mat and press out into a rectangle.
Spread with tomato paste, sprinkle with onion, chives and garlic.
Roll dough up from the long side using the paper as a guide (like rolling sushi!).
Cut into 2cm slices, place on a lined tray and press down slightly.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
