We have a very limited amount of short dated Scone Dough available. These mixes have a Best Before date of 9/5/23. A best before date isn't an expiration date, it simply means the baking mix will be at it's best before this date. We only have a couple of these short dated Scone Dough mixes left, available at 50% off.
Our classic Scone Dough recipe is everything a good scone should be. Soft and ever-so-slightly crumbly on the inside, and deliciously crispy on top. This easy-to-bake mix is made with wholesome, organic ingredients that are vegan and allergy-friendly. Bake them sweet or savoury, you choose!

*Scone Dough is made in a room that is free from gluten, eggs and dairy. Because it contains ground almonds, it's made in a room that handles other nuts and seeds so it may contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and soy.
This Scone Dough has a Best Before date of 9/5/23.
*White rice flour, *Ground almonds, *Tapioca flour, Baking powder, *Coconut flour, *Green banana flour, *Guar gum, (*Certified Organic)
- Preheat oven to 200°C fan bake (220°C conventional), and line a baking tray with paper or mat.
- Gently melt coconut oil and leave to cool. Pour mix into bowl and add the sugar or cheese.
- Add milk and melted coconut oil and stir until combined. The mix will form a wet, sticky dough.
- Dust the dough with gluten free flour, cut and shape dough into 8 scones and place on tray.
- Bake in the centre of oven for 20 minutes.
- Scones are ready when risen and golden, eat fresh from the oven while still warm.
